Greg Atzori - 4 weeks out from fight

My week of training 4 weeks out from my fight consists of healthy diet 6 meals a day.

Supplements fish oil spiralina , magnesium Super pump pre workout, amino fix intra, and pro fix for my recovery. I never used to take supplements. But have found by taking these ones I don't need I've baths and I recover quicker.

Monday, Wednesday and Friday 530 am to 7 am Thai boxing at street smart gym.

Monday and Wednesday nights Mma integrated hervey bay at 7- 830 pm.

Thursday I go to sunny coast Integrated to train Mma 630 - 8 pm with rob.

Rob has been helping me with wrestling.

Monday and Sunday Arvos Bjj.

then I fit in 3 crossfit circuits with sprints a week around full time work. Saturday pool sessions recovery. And 4 km run with hills trying to get my time under 17 min.  Im at 17.14 close. Got weight vest for circuits and sprints.

 

 

I also so relaxation mediation and breathing exercises with my mentor Michael Green he always helps me get mentally prepared. Lots of visualization.

    Greg is one of the strongest sources of inspiration in my life. Good man, good fighter, good heart, good mind.
