Matt: Take us through the Nabba show for you? The experience from your eyes?

Georgia: I flew up to the GC with my husband Mike and trainer Eyad Moleab on the Friday prior to the show. The day and a half seemed to drag on forever. I spent the time taking strolls along the beach, practiced posing in the apartment we stayed in and watched Eurovision at night... Lol! As the time came closer to Sundays contest, I was really excited. I new there wasn't much else I could do for my preparation. I was pretty happy with what I'd achieved. The day of the contest I started to get nervous. I thought I'd be used to being on stage but I guess not! When I saw the number of girls in the line plus the caliber of them... Wow! I knew it was going to be tough.... At this stage, my heart was racing a millions mile per hour and I knew all I had to do was enjoy my time on stage.

Matt: Massive line-up , have you had a chance to see where you need to improve on next time?

Georgia: Yes. I knew from before going on stage I would be smaller than ever before as I knew what my body measurements were in comparison to other years. I would definitely have also lost some muscle in my last intense months as well as being vegetarian last year and not having regained muscle since then, so I could clearly see what the difference was to the top 3 girls and how my body has changed since 2010 Southerns. While my body fat was my lowest ever, I shrunk in muscle bulk though my back and delts. Bugger! Lol This is my goal now, to regain some mass and wrk on conditioning my body continually rather than having and 'off season' which really I should have named 'relaxed season'. This is something else I need to change.

Matt: Comp prep can be a lonely time, did you have a training partner or do you prefer to train on your own?

Georgia: I prefer to train on my own with music full blast on my iPod, but occasionally train with some girls that are looking at competing also. I don't see it as lonely but more so 'my time'

Matt: What was the highlight of your competition prep?

Georgia: Seeing the changes to my body close to comp and taking in my achievements. Also being up in sunny GC always is a highlight for hubby and me.

Matt: What did you consume on Sunday night?

Georgia: I had a delicious burger post comp and a buffet brekkie on Monday :-))

Matt: Is it hard to get your head round, now that you have finished competing, not having to get up first thing and do cardio and having to do it last thing at night?

Georgia: Well, actually the Tuesday post comp I forced myself to not train and that was hard indeed. But come Wednesday, I was training as usual- cardio before work and weights after work. It makes me feel better!

Matt: Do you get straight back into a diet, or do you ease back into it, giving yourself some leeway after a long preparation?

Georgia: This part does throw me about as my head tells me one thing but my tummy feels another! I've planned my eating this time so I don't go over board. I'm back to eating 'clean' but will enjoy a couple of re-feed days on the weekends.

Matt: Where to from here for you?

Georgia: Good question..... The Southern's is always top of list, but I think there may be one sooner? Lol

I will keep you posted!
