Matt: How are you feeling for the comp?
Rachel: Feeling pretty good before the comp. Have an injury and just managing it to be in the best shape for Friday.
Matt: Last hit out before London what will be the aim for the Grand Prix?
Rachel: The aim will be to do everything like it is London, so the routine is all set for the games. Aiming to focus on what I need to do and not the outcome.
Matt: Have you been working on any new techniques or skills?
Rachel: In diving always working on new techniques, but it's so I portent to try execute them correctly in comp.
Matt: Has your own self belief and confidence increased since being named in the Olympic team?
Rachel: Self belief has its ups and downs. Being announced on the team made me feel confident in myself, but it's also about dealing with the pressure of the games, which can sometimes bring you down.
Matt: Do you use any form of supplements?
Rachel: No I don't supplements, only multivitamins
Matt: Rachel Bugg's Top 5 tips for eating out in a foreign country?
Rachel: Top 5 tips.
1. Stick to what you know
2. Don't get too carried away with lollies and choc
3. Try and maintain similar eating times as you would at home
4. Maintain portion sizes, as you can get a little excited overseas with good pastries :)
5. Try new things after comp!
Matt: Do you have a favourite sport/team you support?
Rachel: Born and bread adelaidean so I support the Adelaide crows all the way :)
Matt: If you could play a character in any movie who would you want to be?
Rachel: The girl from the lucky one so you could spend all day on set with zac efron :)
Matt: Anything you would like to say to the fans?
Rachel: Just never stop believing in yourself. There's always ups and downs in life but it's about embracing the ups and how u manage and deal with the downs that get you through!
