How did you become involved in your sport?
I was a very sporty kid when I was growing up and mum decided to join me into nippers when I was 6 years of age at the lakes surf club

Still at school year 10 Terrigal High
What motivates you to continue in your sport?
Keeping fit, and seeing my friends all around Australia, and my love for the beach.
What motivated you to start your sport?
Watching the Kellogg’s nutri-grain series on TV and wanting to be like them.
What is your current business/job?
Student

Terrigal surf club
People that have inspired you both in sport and life?
My family are always going to inspire me, And friends.
Great experiences that have happened in your life?
Winning the under 15s girls board rescue at the Australian titles a couple of weeks ago

Surfing,netball,kayaking
One tip or quote that continues to inspire you?
`NEVER GIVE UP` !!!!
Family Background(where did you grow up) and Current Family
grew up at Budgewoi and then moved up to Bateau Bay when I was in high school.
What is your happiest memory?
Winning the board rescue at Kirra this year.
And last year when we won the under 14 board relay 5 years in a row
Who did you idolize growing up?
Kye Hurst and Zane Holmes
Were you always one of the better athletes growing up?
I was a big girl for my age when I was little, but yerr I was always good at anything I did and always gave the guys a run for there money at school when we did sports.
What is one thing you would share with the children wanting to follow in your footsteps?
Never give up anything you love doing, and remember at the end of the day its sport.
How has being involved/playing your sport changed your life?
I love being fit and healthy and having friends all around Australia,
Who has been your biggest supporter?
Definitely my friends and family couldn’t do it without them.
Who has been your best coach?
Paul lemon, without him every step of the way I don’t know what i`d do.
Sporting Background and list of results/achievements?
Every school sport, netball through winter and surf life saving through summer
Favourite Foods/Diet you follow?
I have a obsession with salads, and noodle salads
Your typical training split and favourite thing to train?
I do 4 swim sessions 2 running 2 skis and 3 boards and 1 ironperson.
I love the run sessions and board training
Worst injury you have suffered?
I was at the senior state titles 3 years ago and i was competing up two age groups, and i was warming up with my friend Karlee Nurthen and this guy from Cronulla ran over my head with his board and ended up with 8 stitches in my head.
What is the ultimate prize in your sport?
The thought of after each race knowing you gave it your all.!!
What do you find to be the toughest aspect of your sport?
When there are waves cause you don’t know what`s going to happen cause the surf is so unpredictable, and nerves before races !!!
What is your favourite movie?
8 mile-best movie I have ever seen
What one lesson did you take from your parents?
Never give up!!
How do you deal with temptation?
I cant deal with it.
What is your favourite music/band/song?
Eminem, Skrillex, Tinie Tempah
What is your biggest fear?
Blue bottles !!!!
Do you believe "never giving up" is the difference between making it and not making it in any sport?
Definitely, it goes through my head a few times when I don’t get the best result I was hoping for , but I take in all the positives and give it my all for the next carnival, If you give up you'll never know what you could have achieved
Have you ever failed at anything? If yes how did you overcome this?
Yerr I have failed at heaps of things including SCHOOL !!!
What inspired you to succeed?
Watching people succeed and seeing how they feel. And the feeling is amazing,
What did you want to be as a kid growing up?
To play for the Australian diamonds for netball
Your future goals in your sports, and goals when you finish your sport?
To get into the nutri-grain series in a couple of years’ time, and to be a role model for younger kids.

Kendrick Louis, Kye Hurst, Jett Kenny, Indiana moyes, Matt Poole
What is one item you cannot live without?
Iphone for sure don’t know what I would do without it !!!!
