Do you find that bodybuilding/the fitness industry has helped you in your day to day life, how so?
Bodybuilding has taught me to be dedicated and organised, and teaches you patience - as muscle takes a while to build so it needs to be consistency.
People that have inspired you not only in sport but in life as well?
My dad inspired me in life, he had a lot of knowledge in life from being in the army. He was always encouraging me towards my bodybuilding and to achieve my goals. When he passed away in 2007, it opened up my eyes to what i wanted in life, to be up on that Olympia stage and be successful. It fueled my passion in bodybuilding as when he passed away that was what he knew i wanted, it was then and there that i dedicated my life to that purpose and goal. When I'm up on stage, I'm up on stage for him.
Great experiences that happened in your life?
The first time being on stage, hearing the crowd, hearing everyone cheering for me. I had hidden away, no one had ever seen me with my top off, and to then make a debut and take out 1st and then overall, it felt incredible.

Cars: working on cars and building them.
One tip or quote which continues to inspire you?
