i had low self confidence and just wanted to feel strong so i didnt get bullied on

Do you find that bodybuilding/the fitness industry has helped you in your day to day life, how so?
yes. it keeps you focused, mentally,physically, emotionally, goal orientated , etc . it is what helps keeps me together as a person

entering my first pro show in melbourne the australian grandprix 2011. it was amazing

spending time with my family , son and girl friend. helping other achieve their goals in fitness<

i have a girlfriend of 5 years brooke howell my son cooper kennith timms he is now 18months old

my son was born at 10.12 am on august 15th 2009
Future Goals in life?
compete in aus grand prix next year or wen i feel ill be able to place in the top 6 open my own gym,sup or pt studio

dont have one never been out of australia before

dont care just would be interested in what im going to have for dinner lol

dunno just alot of weight

train smart by lifting heavy weight possible while thinking injury prevention is of most importance

high carb/protein diet with minimal fats

not really never giving up wont get you there but it will help

of course ..... i ve lost before .... its great just makes me come back more determined
